My advice would be to list them on a fixed price listing (fixed price listings are 50c every 30 days and an auction would be $2 every 7 days). I think this will take longer than 7 days to sell so I think you should do Fixed price and check off the box when creating the listing that you will accept offers. With offers you are not bound to accept them (unless you accept them). When someone submits an offer you can review it and then accept or decline the offer.
Definitley add international shipping information to the listing. Then other countries can see your listing on their site. To do this, under your normal shipping area on the listing you check off wordwide for international shipping. You can ship it in a small flat rate box. If you ship international make sure you fully insure it.
