When using Turbo Lister I entered info pertinent to the clothing I am listing. TL keeps telling me it is in the wrong category and shold be under “industrial.”
I have changed key words but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.
I did use term “dry cleaner”???
Any ideas?
i will be happy to send you a copy of the listing.
Thanks,
DD

Yes. When Turbo Lister is searching for the right eBay category for you for your clothing, just put mens pants or womens blouse. Leave out the word dry cleaner. Let me know if that helps. If not, I have another solution for you!

Sometimes when I am in Turbo Lister, it will say “not responding” and kick me out; however, all the listings I created are still in there except the one I was in the middle of working on. When you re-open Turbolister, they should all still be there.
First, make sure when you open Turbo Lister and it asks if you would like to open a new file or open an existing file, click on open an existing file. Second, look at the tabs on the left column. You will see a tab that says Scheduled Listings Template Upload Itemclick on those folders so see if you can open them and which one your listings are in. I think that you listings are somewhere and you just have no been able to find where.

The blog in eBay is something that other experienced eBayers could answer for you; however, for eBay to answer you, click on the live help button on the top right hand corner of your screen or click on the help button to the right of your My eBay tab. Then tell them the following:

Start with your desktop:

On your desktop, tell them exacting what it is doing when you try to sign into Turbo Lister with you user ID. Tell them you followed all the instructions they emailed you about deleting cookies in your internet browser etc.

On your laptop with Vista it gives you the following error message when you try to log into it (put the exact error message here) Then tell them when you try to uninstall Turbo Lister it tells you that you do not have user privelages to uninstall but that when you go to your USERID on your Vista laptop is says you are the administrator.

If they can’t help you with this, I have an IT guy

I know Pat can help you for sure, but I’m trying to get you squared away without any expense. Let me know what happens so I can get you started with hosting your pictures. Once you are doing it with the database, it will save your hours in listing time and it will save you on picture fees.
